A sweet, playful, and cozy yoga experience designed for little ones and their grown-ups to move and bond together.
*Parents and children will practice simple yoga poses, gentle movement, breathing, and songs designed for early learners. The focus is on connection, joy, and exploration rather than “perfect” poses.
*Please wear comfortable clothing & bring a water bottle. Yoga mats provided.
*This class is specifically for children ages 2.5–5 years old with a parent or caregiver, offering a nurturing space to connect with your child and meet other families in the community.

π A joyful and heartwarming Mother’s Day yoga experience designed for kids and their moms (or special caregivers) to move, laugh, and connect together. This special class offers a chance to slow down, share meaningful time, and celebrate Mother’s Day in a fun, memorable way alongside other families in the community.
π€No yoga experience needed, just come ready to move and have fun together!

Summer Kids Yoga Camp

Join us for a week-long camp filled with movement, creativity, & fun!
Each day, children will enjoy a mix of yoga, games, and hands-on crafts, all centered around engaging daily themes. Through playful activities, they’ll build strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness in a supportive and upbeat environment.
