Yoga Classes

Ages 5-12

Join Trista Phillipson for a fun and interactive yoga experience! During class we will work on fun yoga poses, breathing, meditation, play a dance freeze yoga game and don’t forget the craft at end of class! 

️️Yoga helps kids manage their everyday stress through breathing, movement, and meditation. It will increase their confidence and help them develop body awareness. 


* Yoga mats and crafts provided 

* Wear comfortable clothes

* Bring a water bottle​


YogaKids Winter Session 2

January 11 - February 29 (no session Feb. 22)

Thursdays 6-7:30 PM | Ages 5-12

YogaKids Winter Session is the perfect way to keep your children active during the cold winter months and introduce them to the world of yoga in a fun and engaging way! Join Trista for weekly classes combining yoga, games, crafts, mindfulness, and new friendships. Offered through Onondaga Parks and Recreation.


YogaKids Spring Session

March 7 - April 18 (no session April 25) 

Thursdays 6-7:30 PM | Ages 5-12

These weekly classes offer yoga, games, crafts, mindfulness, and new friendships! The mixed-age environment fosters leadership, compassion, and teamwork, while the 7-week time span helps children build relationships with each other, their teacher, themselves, and their yoga practice.

Offered through Onondaga Parks and Recreation.
